  I have no complaints about this local La-Z-Boy store. However, my experience with corporate customer service after the purchase has been disappointing. I called 1-800-375-6890 three times, and none of the representatives demonstrated the customer service skills I would expect when handling a client’s concerns. You may get your issue resolved, but the interaction can leave you baffled and frustrated. I encourage this local store to provide strong feedback to corporate and request better training, oversight, and support for customers after the sale. Corporate’s handling of concerns reflects on the local stores, even when their teams have done a good job. Customers deserve to feel heard and supported throughout the entire experience—not just when making a purchase.

  Me and my wife stoped by the store in prescott valley az at 5:35 pm and they don't close till 6pm. The open sign was on so we went to the front door to enter to buy a recliner and the door was locked and the employees were standing their looking at us so we left and won't ever be back.they have a better selection at Pruitts future anyways.

  We went through "La-Z-Boy hell" dealing with this store. I wish I had read the reviews on the La-Z-Boy corporate headquarters website before purchasing La-Z-Boy furniture and especially from this store. My experience with the salesgirl was the same as many other customers, her attitude was very rude after the sale was completed. We received poor quality merchandise. The store refused to provide a timely satisfactory resolution. We finally got this resolved after spending a lot of time including contacting the state attorney general and the local better business bureau. Most of their online reviews are over a year old. The corporate site has more recent reviews posted. There are many 1star reviews on the corporate website. I experienced, at this store, exactly what many of those reviews complained about. I wish I had seen those reviews on the corporate site before purchasing from La-Z-Boy. Their quality and customer service is not what it used to be.
