  We went through "La-Z-Boy hell" dealing with this store. I wish I had read the reviews on the La-Z-Boy corporate headquarters website before purchasing La-Z-Boy furniture and especially from this store. My experience with the salesgirl was the same as many other customers, her attitude was very rude after the sale was completed. We received poor quality merchandise. The store refused to provide a timely satisfactory resolution. We finally got this resolved after spending a lot of time including contacting the state attorney general and the local better business bureau. Most of their online reviews are over a year old. The corporate site has more recent reviews posted. There are many 1star reviews on the corporate website. I experienced, at this store, exactly what many of those reviews complained about. I wish I had seen those reviews on the corporate site before purchasing from La-Z-Boy. Their quality and customer service is not what it used to be.

  Enjoyed picking out a recliner with Jo who patiently provided various options and suggestions to meet my mother's needs. Excellent customer service and super attentive! We will definitely return for future purchases.

  Great service and very knowledgeable about what colors and fabrics would work with the furniture that we already had. They were able to outfit our family room in a very tasteful way and still satisfy our need to fit in with the rest of the décor of the home. Great service and a great experience.

  Chad and Joanna were get! They were so cordial and answer all our questions. They pulled out all the stops to make us happy. Great job.
