When I tried to address the issue, I was told the seamstress who altered the pants was not there, and they would not take any responsibility for her work. They wanted me to drive 5 miles to another store where she is working today, or come back in 6 days when she would be again on duty. They do not operate as one company; it is a storefront for independent contractors. Avoid.
- NNNicoleOct 7, 20251.0DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES TO THIS LOCATION!!!! Took 3 weeks to get two shirts taken it. On top of that they MAKE you pay upfront!!! What? Then you get a text stating a time they are ready.. and guess what… that time isn’t the time. You will be asked to leave and come back when it’s convenient for them. I was genuinely shocked when the lady shooed her hand at me to leave and come back because the items they have for 3 FREAKING WEEKS were just barely getting started. Solid representation of your company.
