When I tried to address the issue, I was told the seamstress who altered the pants was not there, and they would not take any responsibility for her work. They wanted me to drive 5 miles to another store where she is working today, or come back in 6 days when she would be again on duty. They do not operate as one company; it is a storefront for independent contractors. Avoid.

She said it in the rudest way possible and scoffed when I said I was surprised it would take so long for a sleeve to be hemmed.

My mom had to sew it back on - after spending over $100 on simple alterations, cutting off an inch from the bottom and a few inches off the sleeve. So upset, never going back. 0/10, do not recommend.
