Emily was so friendly she explained the mattress’ and bed frames much better than if you went to a big box store. They definitely have a mattress for everyone and the best thing is if you are like me they have a mattress that sleeps cool!

I called the store on Tuesday and Garrett, the store manager was very helpful in answering my questions regarding Tempur-Pedic pillows. He suggested I come to the Biltmore Flagship store for a fitting. On Wednesday I went to the store and worked with Emily Dell. I was so impressed with how beautiful the store was and surprised that I never noticed it before. Emily was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me select a pillow for myself and one for my disabled husband who could not come with me. Since I wanted to add cooling to my neck pillow it had to be ordered and the other pillow was out of stock in store. She ordered them and we are looking forward to receiving them. How nice that my husband can try the pillow and return it if it does not work well for him. We have an older adjustable Tempur-Pedic mattress and base which has served us well. Emily took the time to show me all of the advances made in the product line. I left with mattress envy. It is good to know that if the time comes to replace ours, Tempur-Pedic has even more to offer.
