  I recently rented a storage unit at Park Central Storage. This location is unique - all units are below ground in what used to be the basement of a department store. It is well lit and very clean. There’s a drive-up dock with carts provided to make moving items in and out very easy. Rates are less than what I’ve found at other locations.

  Moving is stressful, but renting at Park Central Storage is not. Ariyel is so polite and helpful. She made setting up my storage unit easy and was so quick. Ariyel went over the policies and walked me to my unit, showed me how to use my lock. She also helped me make a switch in my unit at my request. Would highly recommend this location, it’s very secure and climate controlled.

  The staff was very professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire process of choosing a storage unit. I really appreciated being able to view the unit beforehand, which made the decision much easier and more comfortable. The facility itself is very clean, well-maintained, and modern. The air conditioning, clean hallways, and overall upkeep really stood out. Pricing was also very reasonable and fit well within our budget, which made the experience even better. Overall, this was a smooth and positive experience, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a storage unit.

  Today was the most exhausting days of my life, I made the move to the amazing storage! While doing so, I lost my phone in the process however this amazing gentleman took his time to review every camera footage to assist with locating my phone. Thank goodness the security is top tier and can’t thank him enough. Thank you so much!! You are the best R😊😊

  I had a great experience with Park Central Self Storage, thanks to Ariyel. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. She made the whole process quick and easy, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident about my storage choice. It’s not often you come across customer service like that - It really goes above and beyond. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and feels secure, which gave me peace of mind leaving my belongings there. Highly recommend Park Central Self Storage, and if you can, ask for Ariyel!
