I felt very lucky that the employee named Lee happened to ask if i needed any help because he was the perfect person to help me. He took one look at the picture of this little obscure rubber ring i showed him and he immediately knew exactly what is was and where to find it and walked be across the store and found me the right one. I was literally in and out in less than 5 minutes when i was expecting it to be an ordeal. Expectations exceeded. Very friendly guy too

Have not been to this location in years and needed something and went yesterday. Store was ok and like ot shoulfd be for a home improvement store! Found what i was looking for but i strugg fininding it at first and the sop helped since the staff was more worried about talking to each other than helping customers. When i dd seld checkout the lady in the area just stood there and did nog say anything to me ! Not thank you - have a nice day - expected more from lowes so very disappointed and understand why retail stores will be a think of the past in future years :(.

I had to go there to pick up some supplies to build a shed and employee. I want to say his name was Kamari was a great help. Honestly, I don’t know what you’re paying in this guy but it’s not enough. This is the first time I ever tried to do anything like this, and I was not sure what I needed. He really wasn’t sure but between the both of us we got everything I did need. He not only just told me where they were, but he walked me to the aisle and made sure it’s what I needed it. This man has the dedication. I wish a lot of other employees had he made everything as simple as humanly possible he’s a great asset and I look forward to going back there and seeing him again, very friendly individual very professional and all-around great guy because of him my visit there was a complete pleasure

Okay over the years there's been a few issues here and there but I would say that in the past two years especially the past 6 months this store has really tried to be there for its customers and I was there last night and the staff was really awesome and really helpful to answer my questions help lead me into a direction to where I can find what I was looking for unfortunately not every retail store is going to carry what you need you just have to accept that being part of the process of shopping thank you guys for being helpful and supportive.

It's a white girl and then the Hispanic girl came around but they were just both looking at me like I was going to steal the damn Dr peppers.
Also they didn't have what I needed that's why I left and I just bought the two Dr peppers so but I will not be back...
The worst service ever that I've gotten The only good things there it was the guy that was helping me at the key.
And I didn't get his name and the other guy that came around and said Hey I'm the driver but I'm willing to help you that was awesome.
The cashiers suck.
