- DDDiana2 days ago1.0Dude. I wanna laugh at how ridiculous this whole experience was. I was sent to the service desk for a PVC pipe cutting. The person at the cashier near there sends me to the back because THE PERSON THAT DOES THE CUTTING just happens to be back there. So my dumbass walks back there to be told by him to go BACK TO AISLE 14 and wait for assistance and after 15 minutes of waiting they send some poor employee that doesn’t even know I need a PVC cut to come help. He leaves then comes back to tell me the machine to cut it is broken and THE PERSON WHO CUTS THEM ISNT THERE. I FEEL SCAMMED over something so dumb lol. My husband tells me the “machine” is just some big scissors they use. Bro the cutting person looked me dead in the eyes knowing he was gonna send me to wait for nothingggg. And no I didn’t get it cut.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
