Very disappointed. My husband bought a sheet of 1/4" maple ply, among many other items for a teardrop build, over the last couple of months. Had to return the sheet. They could not find his purchase record from credit card #, so would not accept. We finally found the receipt. Now they won't accept the return as past 90 days. This is ridiculous! Should have seen the purchase and credited when 1st tried to returned.

Trying to find waterproof spray, saw a worker short gray hair, white light vest i called the once she kept walking. I'm thinking maybe she didn't hear me. I called her again. She turned around and said, I'm busy kept walking. So I'm like, I just wanted to ask her question. So one more time I say excuse me ma'am she just walked away just to talk to other people at the cashier not professional
I have come to this place before nothing like this ever happen. Everybody's friendly here except that lady. Today, June, the 16th at 5:48. If you guys check the camera, you see who it is, either needs to be trained or should not be working on customer service

I went to Lowe's on 29ave/T-Bird Rd & perfect shopping experience, got what I need, & all the employees stood out that were helpful/efficient & 1 worker who rang me up Petra was amazing & A+. Petra made me feel welcome with me just buying a multipack Powerade. Petra even did my tap to pay cash back that her coworker helped to & they showed teamwork & her customer service was flawless with other female coworker she was near. I'll b coming back to this Lowe's as I just moved down the street. I was a Home Depot guy, but after moving right here & customer service i experienced today made me now a Lowe's guy & this Lowe's in particular!

First time at this location and I honestly never had every employee I came across ask me of I needed help or had any questions. Can tell they are trained right with customer satisfaction as the main focus. I already preferred to shop at Lowes, now I have my go to store.
