  Sat. my mother & I went to Lowe’s & were met by James, who was awesome. My husband wouldn’t be home until Tues. w/ the truck, so I bought the table & James put it in back for me. I got a text an hr later that my table was ready for pu. Today Tues. I took my lunch at 11 & my husband & truck went to Lowe’s to pu my table. I also wanted to see if the 4 clearance chairs ($168 for 2) were still there. My husband waited in the truck. I walked in & went to returns. I was the only one in line. Madison & a blonde lady came up. I said I needed to pick up my table I bought Sat., it was assembled & here’s my receipt. Madison said I had to get the box & bring it up, & there were carts on aisle 12. I explained I bought it Sat. w/ James. The blonde lady said James wasn’t there. Madison got on the phone & the blonde lady said she had another customer & would be right with me. I went to patio & found only 2 chairs left, which I wanted to buy. I returned to the register & Madison was still on the phone. I asked 2 girls for a cart & they told me aisle 12. I went there & couldn’t find any. A Lowe’s guy w/ stringy hair told me aisle 12 or go outside to parking lot/lumber & walked away. Back at returns, 2 people were now in line. I asked Madison if someone was getting my table & if she could help me get a cart. She said she was busy w/customers & I’d have to wait my turn. I said, “No I am not.” I’d already been there over 20 min. I couldn’t get a cart, couldn’t get my table, she was on the phone & people who came after me were being helped. A lady w/pillows in her cart said she couldn’t get help either. I said I couldn’t get help, a cart, the chairs OR the table I’d already paid for. The blonde lady said she could get my table. She took my receipt & disappeared. It was now 30 min. I texted my husband. I got the 2 chairs & told the pillow lady I was going to drag them to the register myself. I did. My table still wasn’t there. Madison told me I had to get in line. I said no, I’d been there 30 min & had to get my own chairs because nobody would help me. A guy walked in w/a toilet on a cart. Madison helped him instead. He left the cart, so I put my chairs on it. Madison said I couldn’t. I said, “Watch me.” The pillow lady helped me get the toilet off the cart & helped me put my chairs on it. One chair screw fell out & I put it back in. Madison asked where the price was. I said it was on the table in patio. She said I needed the order number & told me to take a picture. I said I wasn’t walking back again. I told her to do her job, get off the phone & find my table. I’d been there 35 min. Lucas walked up & asked how he could help. I explained everything. He immediately knew the table—it was the circular one w/stone tiles—and said he had helped James w/it. Nathan then said we needed an order number for the chairs. I explained again the price was on the sign on the patio table. Nathan said he had too many customers, yet it was me & the pillow lady standing there. Madison was back on the phone. Lucas kindly walked back to patio, got the price sign & brought it to the register. The blonde lady finally came w/my table. By then my husband was annoyed from my texts & came inside. He met the blonde lady w/the cart & table & Lucas, & they all went out to put it in the truck. Nathan rang up my chairs. Nathan & Madison provided the worst customer service ever. The only ones who knew what they were doing were Lucas & James. A cart could’ve been brought to me. The price could’ve been retrieved. Someone could’ve found my table or simply looked at my receipt. I don’t think that’s rocket science. I know it’s hard to get help these days, so maybe training is needed. Thank you, Lucas! Thank you, James! And thank you to the blonde lady whose name I didn’t catch. She was overwhelmed, & I can see why—she was getting no help either. I tightened all the screws & sadly, one chair is wobbly. I spent $500+ at Lowe’s & 50 min later finally left w/my table + 2 chairs. Edited

  Went in bought some paint. Guy recommended a paint for my gutters. Talked to a budddy you does pain for a living. Told me the paint I got was not good for gutters. Went to return it was told they can’t return paint tinted and they no longer do in store credits as of this year. Go to Home Depot. Will never go back to Lowe’s

  I got tired of Home Depot’s poor customer service so I started going to this Lowe’s about a month ago. The first time I went I bought some 2x4’s that were priced incorrectly. I told the cashier, she was rude about fixing the price and charging me correctly and since I wasn’t buying much I just said forget about it. Fast forward 1 week I go back and the price is STILL wrong. Instead of fighting I left and went to Home Depot for my wood purchase. Fast forward to today and I go to buy plants that have a sale sign. Only a few of the plants were n sale. Every plant was on the same shelf with the same pot and price tag. How is a customer to know what is and is not on sale? This is very shady business practice and theft from your customers. Do better. I’ll be back next week to decide if I will continue to shop here or if I need to find another lumber yard. The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is your garden center cashier seemed as angry with the situation as I am. She is a gem and the only reason I’m giving this place another chance, I just wish I remembered her name. I believe it might have been Eve.

  Third visit to this location. It's a typical big box hardware store - but the only checkout option has been self-checkout, and there aren't many staff on the floor to whom I can ask questions about products or ask advice about projects. Lowes - please consider staffing this store better & bringing back human interactions at the cash register - I can basically get the same stuff from Amazon delivered overnight, or pay a bit extra to get help from Ace from knowledgable employees who are actively looking to help customers on the floor.

  I frequent Lowe’s and HD daily and have never had trouble getting help from an associate finding items. Today I spent half an hour trying to find an associate for millworks department. Several other associates paged without response. Finally I just left, I’ll go a couple blocks over to HD where associates are available to help customers.
