Whoever answers the phone at customer service for this location is terrible. I was calling to check the deadline for a countertop pickup that just got delivered to the store, as I wanted to make sure I could get it before my order was cancelled and I was charged. She kept interrupting me while I was speaking to say, “I’ve never heard of that happening.” Ma’am I can see it right here on this email, but there is a bug in the code that generates the email because the deadline date is gibberish. It says if we don’t pick it up by xxx, the order will be returned and I will be charged a fee. What is that date? “I’ve never heard of that. You just need to pick it up.” Ok, if I pick it up on Saturday can you make sure the order isn’t cancelled and I’m not charged a fee before then? “I can’t guarantee that. You need to pick it up.” Zero help. Zero details that could be shared. Zero idea what sort of messaging is in the Lowe’s customer service email. Zero idea on policy or processes. Zero customer service. I don’t usually complain, but it was extremely frustrating and I as shocked by how rude she was. Never even introduced herself or told me her name.

The customer service was very disappointing. The staff constantly followed me around the store and stood in same aisle, while I was trying to make my selections, which made me feel uncomfortable and pressured. Instead of creating a welcoming shopping experience, it felt like I was being watched the entire time. Customers should be given space to browse and shop without feeling monitored. I hope the store improves its customer service and treats customers with more respect and trust.

Ronald and Yohandry provided outstanding service during my Lowe’s appliance delivery. They were extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish. They took exceptional care to protect my floors and handled everything with great attention to detail.
They set up my new refrigerator, explained how to use it, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. They also pointed out a filler piece that needs to be replaced, which I really appreciated because it showed their commitment to understanding the product they are delivering
Their professionalism, expertise, and customer-focused attitude made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. It’s rare to find a team that takes such pride in their work.
