As a first-time pool owner, I really couldn't have asked for a better experience with Tyler at KT Pools. We recently purchased a home with an existing Pentair pool system, and I wanted someone to come out to address a few equipment issues and help me better understand how everything operated. Tyler was fantastic from start to finish. He came out the very next day to diagnose the problem and had everything repaired the following morning. Beyond getting the equipment back up and running, he took the time to walk me through the entire Pentair system, explain how the equipment and controls work, and answer all my questions. Being a first-time pool owner, I really appreciated his knowledge, patience, and willingness to explain things rather than just complete the repair and leave. He made what initially seemed like an overwhelming system much easier to understand. It's refreshing to find someone who is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes pride in their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tyler and KT Pools to anyone needing pool equipment repairs or service. Excellent experience all around!
