  I went in looking for white fine permanent marker and black jar labels. I asked three people, one I had no energy & spoke too low to hear while I was literally in front of. All three did not know exactly the aisle location for these two items nor yet alone help me find them. They each told me vaguely where to go but the store is too big to find items without any aisle ID nor descriptions. Therefore Hobby Lobby does not deserve ones business, so don't waste your time & go elsewhere.

  Oh my gosh they had so many good deals. It would take a lifetime to look at all the great stuff they have there. Christmas is already 40% off. There is something for everyone there.

  I had a horrible experience at this Hobby Lobby and will not be returning. At 8:03 p.m., while the store’s closing announcement was still playing, two employees, Angel and Karen, approached my friend and I while we were trying to make our final selections. Instead of allowing us a reasonable moment to finish shopping and head to checkout, they repeatedly rushed us and made us feel like we were being chased out of the store. It was extremely aggressive behavior which is normally the opposite of our experience here. We ended up purchasing 44 items, but because of how we were treated, we had to put back about half of what we intended to buy. The employees’ attitude was unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional, which completely ruined our shopping experience. My friend and I shop here often, so this location has now lost consistent customers because of the way Angel and Karen treated us. Going forward, we’ll be taking our business to Michaels instead. Customer service like this is unacceptable, especially for loyal, repeat shoppers.

  I had a really disappointing experience at this Hobby Lobby tonight. An announcement had just come over the intercom that the store was closing when two employees, Karen and Angel, immediately approached us and told us we needed to leave because they wanted to go home and the cashier wasn't going to wait for us. It felt incredibly rude and unprofessional. At that point it was only about 8:03 p.m. for an 8:00 p.m. closing time, and we were actively shopping. I told them it was inappropriate to speak to customers that way and asked to speak with a manager. Angel directed me to the front of the store, where I explained what had happened. Although the manager listened, the interaction had already left a bad impression. We ended up purchasing 44 items totaling about $135, but we had to put several things back because we weren't given the opportunity to finish shopping. I completely understand that employees want to get home at the end of their shift, but customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect. There is a professional way to let shoppers know the store is closing, and this was not it. I hope management addresses how customers are spoken to during closing time, because no one should feel rushed out or made to feel like they're an inconvenience while they're still making a purchase.
