He was thorough in checking out the problem & came up with a practical fix that made me feel more secure in knowing someone made sure the problem was solved. He was honest, had a kind demeanor, & knowledgeable in the technical understanding of my washer. I feel happier knowing the problem was fixed. Thank you. I will use them again if needed.
