- VCVee CupoMay 4, 20264.0Started off with a bit of a mishap with my reservation when I was assured I had an air conditioned unit, but the rep gave me a non air conditioned one. Good thing I checked the day before movers came! *Big credit to store manager Rae Conley!* She stayed after hours to help resolve the issue and make sure I was set up property with a unit like I thought I had! That was super nice of her to do! I would have given less stars if it sans for her! The units themselves definitely swing wildly in price and cleanliness; so be sure to see in person what you’re getting before agreeing. That has been the biggest disappointment of this experience. Well besides the first service rep getting me a totally wrong unit, even though I confirmed several times. With that said everyone has been nice and have tried to be helpful. If the price doesn’t get jacked quickly up, then I’d stand by my four star rating; but if they start to get cute and hold you hostage once you’re in, then they won’t deserve more than two stars because that’s just taking advantage. I’ll update here how it goes.
