This place USED to be great when the old manager was still around. They have changed staff too many times to count. They increase your rates 4+ times per year so you end up paying what you would for a car payment. The manager “Jay” is one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to, hanging up on me when I needed answers. Maybe they don’t understand how triggering it is to have your personal belongings held as ransom. My advice: go somewhere else where they explain your late fees to you instead of hanging up when the conversation gets tough.
