- TFTyler Fisher2 days ago1.0This business is an absolute joke I called and got a price to store a vehicle and was told I needed insurance to store it in the facility no problem there. 4 days later after getting insurance on the vehicle they called me to check if I was still interested. I was then told they had entered there busy season and there inventory of units had changed “this was a lie I checked and found no change online.” They told me it would be 20 dollars a month more than what I was already quoted. I highly recommend finding somewhere else to do business.

Dajah did a wonderful job with helping my wife online with helping us find the right storage center near our house. Upon arrival at the facility, we found the staff to be courteous and friendly. Erik explained what we needed to know about the facility and took us out to our storage unit. The facility is very clean, nice, and secure. What more could you ask for!

However, there was a key detail that was overlooked: the unit is located on a corner, and the entry door clearance is less than 5 feet. I had contracted a 10x15 setup under the assumption that the entry access would accommodate at least a 10-foot clearance, which created an unexpected challenge. Overall, a positive experience, but clearer communication around access and dimensions would have made things seamless.
