Jessica was very kind and Helpful. She explained everything and took care of all of our needs in a timely fashion. She went out of her way to accommodate our needs. I have had a number of storage units over the years and always have had to put up with unkind management. I would suggest if you are looking for a great welcoming Storage Facility that cares. Never though a storage unit could be considered cool, but this one is!! It’s got a big bay garage door that opens, you drive in and then it closes and it’s temp controlled! You have to put the code in to get in the hallways too which is another added factor that your stuff is safe! They have rolling carts for earlier transport and the place is super clean!

A little misleading my 58 dollar unit cost me 135.00 to get into. That I am forced to have ins is another problem as I have renters ins currently. That a lock fee is charged but is not directly refundable and a credit will be issued to the next mo storage rental is not what I expected. So you need to quote the rate a disclose PLUS ADDITIONAL CHARGES. Thus way the customer is expecting it.
