Nice facility but they raise the prices without notice. My unit has now had three different price increases. No notice of the increase is available in your portal, sent by email or even by snail mail. So just be aware the prices will continue to increase at random by a good chunk the longer you rent a unit.

Read before you rent:
1) When you’re asking for the price of the unit, they will ask a bunch of questions so that they can “quote you better”. Basically they want to know the value of your items and what’s in the storage unit so they can add insurance policy to it. He never told me anything about insurance so I just blurted out a number and then I asked why and he said because it’s for insurances purposes. In which, you don’t even have an option. He didn’t give me one. You HAVE to purchase their insurance. Which came out to an additional $26 a month.
2) Be aware that if you go in person, the rate is almost doubled what it is stated online. When I mentioned to front desk guy that it’s significantly lower online, his response was “oh, you’re on there” and then after I show him, he honors the online rate which cut the price in half. Very deceiving but glad he honored it
3) they have so many empty 5 star reviews because they make you leave one before you even begin to look over the lease agreement. I wanted to leave this review but felt odd doing so in front of the guy since we still had to be there for another 10 mins
I ended up renting a unit because I only need it for one month and it’s close to my house but I left feeling very uneasy.
