Always a clean facility, kind and friendly office staff, zero complaints
I would recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone that's seeking great customer service and fair prices on rentals. Christy and Marti have great customer service and Marti gave me an additional credit off of my storage bill as of right now! Both ladies are great and Christy also gave me a fair price on my unit when I first came here in need of storage. Also, it doesn't hurt being greeted with their great smiles upon walking through the doors. Pick this location or any Extra Space within the valley. You won't be disappointed. I also forgot to mention that Christy gave me a Extra Space storage lock for free to go with my unit!

If you rent a unit and it has measurements the ones listed are a suggestion not a fact. If it says its 5 feet wide it actually wont be. it will most likely be at least three inches less so it will be impossible to fit a queen mattress unless you take up half the unit to fit it long ways. Ive had extra space a few years now and they also like to promote deals so you will want to get the unit and then in a few months double the rate. So just keep that in mind. Every other experience is great.

I wanted to personally give a shout out to Marty. She is always so kind in during our interactions & has gone above and beyond in helping me when I need it. If I am ever in the Phoenix area again, I would rent another storage unit at this location.
