This place started as a five star storage, but my experience with store manager Jason has permanently changed that. We had no issues upon move in and were even offered a discount since we needed to upgrade to a larger unit due to a sudden move. My authorized guest (spouse) was in our unit yesterday and two males were stalking her. After reporting this to Jason she was told to contact the police and that he would be installing more security cameras. A few hours later he approached my spouse and told her she was loitering then proceeded to give her a warning, walk away and leave me a voicemail saying there was an issue with my guest. He then proceeded to go back to the unit while I was on the phone with her and loudly say "are you refusing to leave?" and started recording her on his phone without permission. Then he threatened to call the police and have her trespassed. She was in our unit consolidating totes, getting rid of documents a decade old, and making a pile of items to donate. This storage center has a plethora of health and safety issues: it was 85 degrees in the unit when we left at 1 pm, the elevator drops half a floor going up and down and makes snapping cable noises, the bathroom is absolutely filthy and you will be lucky to find a working cart to bring your items in. The neighborhood has high criminal activity and the sliding door is constantly held open, there are also several people living in their storage units. I have attached photos and video as proof: avoid this location at all costs. This manager does not care about the well-being of his renters.
