Someone told me that Extra Space was cheaper than U-haul storage. I tried it and from the initial stage, the representative was so cordial, responsible and respectful. She was patient to answer all my questions even though she had closed. Her professionalism and kind words made me to come back the next day to get a storage space. Not only did she set me up quickly, she gave me a huge space for a promotion. Because of all the help, I paid for six months. She is kind, friendly, respectful, patient and was very helpful and professional.
