They did, however, raise my rate almost immediately after I moved in, by sending me a tiny postcard, so it seems the first rate they gave me was a teaser rate. A nearly perfect experience until that happened. Last, the top level of contents insurance they offered me was very low/inadequate, so my contents were almost uninsured.
