Management let me know I was paying a month behind and that I was owed a refund and I was very pleased to hear that. Storage unit was nice and clean when I first moved in, facility is kept nice and clean. Moving carts are always available. I had no problem finding my way around because they give you a small tour in the beginning of your lease. I never had a bad experience with people getting things in or out of their units. Side Parking is available for bigger things. Overall 10/10.

Customer service was great. I would give 5 stars for that but be warned the rental price increased for the last 2 months of our rental, which is a lame business practice.

I recently reserved two storage units for my upcoming move. It is a abit of a complicated situation. I ended up speaking to three different people, all of whom were very helpful, patient, and professional. They went out of their way to look for the best price and location to suit my needs. After the reservation was made, the manager of the facility called to follow up and make sure they understood my situation. It has been a good experience.

Christy is the best manager in my opinion, she helped us with a great attitude , and gave us exactly what we needed and even helped us out giving us a discount because the "other " storage place the manager was immature and wasn't willing to help us with our existing issue .but we decided to cancel and get extra space storage where we met Christy and she was an absolute good manager who exceeded in her job in making our choice a well experienced and successful job.
