Brandi has been magnificent for the entire duration of my stay at the facility on 16th st. and Palm Ln the day I moved in! Excellence in every aspect and what blew me away was how extremely friendly and compassionate she is! I've never encountered that type of customer service from any place in my entire life. She's beyond amazing and then some. She's extremely intelligent and wise in having knowledge when asked certain questions. Just simply the best! If I had my own company, she'd be hired in a blink of an eye, no questions asked only based on her personality and compassion! We all love her to death.

This is an extremely nice, clean property. I would have given it a 5 out of 5, but I had to purchase my own wagon, because there often times isn't enough carts available. I will say that the management did purchase an additional 4 carts, but for as large of a property as it is, I would recommend have some additional carts available.
Management is nice. I often see them out cleaning the grounds and are always friendly when I see them.
I would recommend this property both for its affordable pricing and clean grounds. -CD

Super disappointed by this location. I ended up purchasing a second storage through this company. Two separate locations. Just got this a few days ago. Showed up this morning to unload. And obviously, I expect there to be other people there. It's the weekend it's gonna be busy. Did not expect that there would be five or six huge U-Haul boxes taking up the entire loading area in the shaded covered parking. This was one of the sale pictures. I actually picked this location for. It would be one thing if it was someone moving in and out immediately, and I could converse with them on timing. But no, these boxes are just here. Called the front office and the girl just was on repeat saying I'm sorry this is just what it is. That is absolutely infuriating. That should not be an option. Those moving boxes should not be in the way of the people who are paying every month to load and unload their stuff there. Regardless, there is plenty of other areas on the property that would've made more sense. It is not anyone else's problem or responsibility whether these boxes are in a safe area or not. They are taking up the majority area of the loading and unloading for the people who are continuously paying and staying at the storage unit. Whoever is working, the front desk is not very good at coming up with solution. Also, this should not have been agreed to on their busiest days. That's ridiculous. Those should not be in one of the only shaded loading and unloading in Phoenix, Arizona when the degrees hits over 100 to block others from loading and unloading. This is just poorly managed.
