The building is secure, climate controlled, and clean. This is the second summer we’ve used them to store my son’s college belongings. We’ll continue to use them every year!

The facility is always clean (yes, even the bathroom) and the team is always friendly. I have used multiple locations over the years, and this one ranks pretty high. Couple of things - the new digital access is great! Except for when it isn't. It's not always reliable and, with the new, hard to remember codes, it gets a bit trying at times. The elevator on the right is a bit janky. It's safe, I think. But hold on when you get to the top, it does a little bouncy thing and may scream at you when the doors close. Nothing to keep me from using or recommending though.
