Wow! New and improved! Christy, at the front made it easy for us to know how big or small. No hard sell, just friendly and helpful. A/c is nice and cold for storing in Arizona. Super smooth set-up.
Helping a neighbor make a move and needed something for storage we could share. Great to pull-in and unload your vehicle under covered bays that closes, so yes, you even unload and load in the a/c… total bonus when you live in the desert.
This is definitely the place! And it is “next-level” with the app! Not having to punch codes on different pads, just use your phone with Face ID! You won’t regret this choice!

Been here since before the takeover. Switched to a new unit and my price lowered drastically. After being in there for a few months I got an email that my unit rate had gone up over $80! So I went in and talked to Christy and she was able to get that rate increase dropped in half. Super helpful!

Die to the recent change (ownership conversion) for our storage unit from US Storage to Extra Space Storage - I had the opportunity to go in and meet the new Ectra Space Storage employees at their front desk for our location at Union Hills and Cave Creek Road in Phoenix.
I met both Cruz and Christy who are both very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Cruz walked me through all the updates with their company, confirmed my account and lease information as well as helping me install the Extra Space Storage app on my phone. He then showed me all the special features that the app provides which are really cool especially the one that allows me to access the gate and door codes so that I don’t have to always be scrambling to look for it in my phone and type it into the keyboard. Such a cool feature !! Cruz was very helpful and made me feel like a valued customer !!
I was very impressed with both employees and I look forward to any future interactions with them should that be needed. Thank you !!
