Speechless. Nicki was great had an pay issue with my storage and she made it tremendous to make me not move to another storage place. I will stick here for I have had no better service else where at all. Highly highly recommend moving your valuables at extra space storage! Five stars for me! She blessed me today. Thanks micki!!!!

I had an outstanding experience using this storage facility. A huge part of that was because of the manager Mickey. From the moment we originally spoke I could tell i was dealing with someone extremely professional, welcoming, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right storage unit instead of just trying to make a sale. I couldn’t figure out how to lock my unit so I just left it unlocked and she jumped right into action taking time out of her day to went ahead and did it for me also going above and beyond what I asked for. Highly recommending anyone in need of a storage unit in the Deer Valley area to contact Extra Space Storage on Black Canyon Highway and ask for Mickey the manager !!!
