- JJJames6 days ago5.0Rented a 10x15 unit here for a few months. They will raise your rates (all storage unit facilities do this) around the 4-6 months mark, so be sure to expect that. You do have the option to pre-pay up to 6 months in advance (more if you're a business) through their online portal. The facility is new and very clean. Micki was a pleasure to deal with any time I called with questions. Overall it was a better experience than expected.

They do a good job keeping the place clean even if someone else leaves their garbage behind it is very quickly cleaned up by staff. My units have always been secure.

Going through a life transition can be difficult enough so when an individual goes above and beyond to make any aspect of that easier, it is not something that should go unnoticed. Micki Falkenburry (store manager) at your Black Canyon location is at true asset to your company. She has tremendous communication skills but also her attention to detail is top shelf. I actually have stayed with your company and that location just because of her. Thank you for having quality individuals that actually care working for your company.

When I first realize that this storage place didn’t have a drive up garages she helped me find one that did, but I realize they were not air-conditioning and I need an air-conditioning. She’s very helpful with any questions I had went through the paperwork with me Explaining it all. Thank you, Karen!
