I wish I could give the new manager a 10 star review! I moved to AZ from MN and I booked my storage unit online and I did not add my sister ( who lives in Tempe ) as authorized user correctly so she could have access to have the movers get my stuff in and the manager was soooo kind, she went out of her way to call me while I was traveling to AZ to properly verify me and add my sister to the unit so she has authorization. Each time I called in with any question, she made me feel welcome, heard and seen. The service she provided truly makes me feel warm and safe. Her tone, her body language and smile says it all! SHE NEEDS A RAISE! The location I went to was the W Indian School Rd location in Phoenix.
