  Not very happy, I was on your website yesterday morning, 7/2/26 and looking for de powder. I put it in my cart and a msg came up saying if I order within 30min I will have it tomorrow 7/3/26. Placed the order never got shipping information. Logged back in today and used my order number to find it, and the ai bs dialogue says it cannot find that order number. Pretty crappy first purchase. If I had known I would not have it today I would have driven to local store where it is $15 cheaper after shipping. Now I am gonna have to go buy another box from lowes to hold me over till you all sort this out. Update: now it is July 8th, still cannot even find out if my order has shipped, they got my money, but lack the morality to answer phone calls, respond to email, or even in their stupid ai chat bs.

  I come here for everything I need pool, the coaching, guiding and knowledge they have here is outstanding, and the pricing is fair I understand in this economy it’s going to be expensive however they manage to deliver quality products at a fair price. Thank you for the best customer service.

  Had been going to this place for over 28 years, the people that used to work in there were very knowledgeable and helpful. Today, I went in to have a cleaner checked out that I purchased from them a couple of years ago. I soon as I walked in with the cleaner, his immediate response was, can't help you, don't have any parts. He wouldn't open it up to look, didn't ask for my information to see if it was under warranty, nothing. Customer service is a thing of the past. It was more important to continue his conversation with his buddy that was in there than to assist anyone Customer. Completely useless!
