Today, I went in to have a cleaner checked out that I purchased from them a couple of years ago. I soon as I walked in with the cleaner, his immediate response was, can't help you, don't have any parts. He wouldn't open it up to look, didn't ask for my information to see if it was under warranty, nothing. Customer service is a thing of the past. It was more important to continue his conversation with his buddy that was in there than to assist anyone Customer. Completely useless!
