  The smaller pools do not waste your money. I have had pools my whole life experienced with chemicals all that. My dad taught me well. The pumps for these pools are not powerful enough. Chlorine tabs or shock disintegrate The pool liners because the chemicals sit in the pool on the bottom. You can vacuum it out but guess what they do not do what they are supposed to do. So you have to empty and refill after cleaning. The pumps burn out from the heat. It isn’t worth the aggravation. I don’t know how the bigger pools are because I rent and only so much can be done. Kinda crappy that people have to go through this with the hot desert heat. Very disappointed and it took months to get my replacement liner. It’s been a very hot summer. Will never go through them again. They need to do better. They need proper pumps for ALL pools. Sand pumps and not plastic liners. This is so wrong.

  I called Bestway Pool Service & Repair because my pool cleaner wouldn't run and I did everything I knew to troubleshoot it. I was blessed to get Mike on the phone and he walked me through checking one more thing. Thank God it worked! He was very knowledgeable and kind and didn't charge me anything! If you're looking for an honest reputable company, I highly recommend Bestway Pool & Service! I'm so very thankful that I chose to call them.

  With all the scammers out there my wife and I spoke to Mike the owner and right away he sent out this awesome guy named Ron. He evaluated our pool and equipment in about 20 min . Knew exactly what was worn and fixed it when he came back the very next day. He changed the sand after a long hot day working and was back the next day to finish up. Ron was super personable , super funny , and very genuine. We would recommended BESTWAY POOL SERVICE TO EVERYONE IN THE VALLY!!! 2 Thumbs up to Ron and Mike

  Absolutely Outstanding Pool Service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Bestway Pool Service, and especially about Ron. I called Mike, the owner, when I needed help at the last minute, and he went out of his way to squeeze me into an already busy schedule. They came all the way from North Phoenix just to help me out. Who does that anymore? Ron was absolutely amazing. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled, fast, friendly, and personable. He fixed my pool jets, handled the programming, replaced my pump seals and impeller, and got everything working perfectly. Watching Ron work was like watching a NASA engineer—he clearly knows his craft inside and out. He diagnosed problems, explained what he was doing, and handled every aspect of the job with confidence and precision. The fact that he came out the very next day after I called was incredible. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. Bestway Pool Service is, without a doubt, one of the best pool companies in the Valley. And after this experience, Ron is the only technician I want working on my pool. Thank you, Mike, for making it happen, and a HUGE thank you to Ron for doing such an amazing job.   I had a great experience with this pool equipment repair company. They were professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable. They quickly identified the issue with my pool equipment and completed the repair efficiently.
