  This is an excellent company! I had the original glass shower door from when my home was built in early 1990s that had slowly and subtly started to “sag” until finally it was apparent the alignment was off and the shower door would not completely close shut. I did not want to replace the shower door and had been hopeful the alignment issue could be resolved and started my pursuit of shower door repair companies. I quickly learned this type of door could not be realigned and the parts are no longer made for it and now come the sales push for new doors and fancy doors without frames as well. I did not need an upscale or fancy shower door! Long story short, AZ Express Glass understood what I wanted- no pressure- gave me a prompt quote-delivered it on time and installed it perfectly. Beautiful shower door too! I highly recommend them.

  A very strange and alarming interaction with AZ Express Glass and Mirror. We had some back and forth on text arranging a time for him to come out and work on on my shower doors over a 3 day period and he sent me a quote for the work. We agreed on a date and time for him to come out and do the work. I told him I might be a few minutes late as I had an appointment that finished right before he was to come to my house. His text response was "Okay". I arrived home 5 minutes after the time for the appointment and I let him know via text. I get a call an hour later and the guy says we never had an appointment confirmed, and when I tell him he confirmed the appointment via text, he starts yelling at me for what I don't know, and then hangs up. I sent him a copy of the text with the appointment time and his confirmation and called him back and he says I am too difficult to work with and he is blocking me and then hangs up. I would stay away from these guys and would never let them in my house, particularly if I were alone. Very unprofessional and just a weird vibe.
