I had scheduled the appointment the day before, and this morning I got an email from them stating that my appointment for the 13 of July is scheduled. I strongly advise that you don't use this company for your services

She put some minty powder on a telescoping bristle brush, pushed it up there and Wowie! Wasps everywhere! She was very professional, knowledgeable and brave with big eyes of amazement! She even 'chased one down to a bush out front and did the same process! I wish I had recorded it! Thank you Eyra and Aptive for your excellent service.

I am getting bugs regardless of sprays and despite their package saying free respray if issues, they attempt to charge me extra because I'm still having issues. They have overcharged me twice and given me a hassle to get refunded and now are trying a third time after I've cancelled service with them for months stating I owe money when I don't. Do not recommend them as professionalism is non-existent and they literally rip you off and try to over charge if your not paying attention.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
