Horrible! The pest control guy was supposed to come on Wednesday, but he went to the wrong house! Then he wasn’t responding to me when I told him that. I called Aptive and told them what had happened and they rescheduled me for Friday but no one ever showed up!

Sales guy does not respect No Solicitation sign on front door. Knocked two days in a row. Talked into service. Very generic equipment used. Hand sprayer from home depot. Did not spray as sakes guy said. More bugs in house now then before. Will not continue with Aprive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Aptive has been a complete failure when it comes to both service and reliability. I signed up to address a serious scorpion issue, and after multiple treatments, the problem still isn’t resolved. That alone is frustrating—but the bigger issue is that they refuse to follow through on their own service commitments. I was told I would receive a free re-treatment due to continued pest activity. They scheduled the appointment, canceled it, rescheduled it, and then canceled again—multiple times. No one ever showed up. I had to call repeatedly just to get basic communication, and nothing was actually resolved. At this point, they are not honoring their own agreement. They promise follow-up service, but in reality, they don’t show up when it matters. Now I’m being forced to cancel due to their lack of performance and will be disputing any further charges. If you’re dealing with something serious like scorpions, don’t waste your time here. Reliability and follow-through are clearly not a priority for this company.

I signed up for this service because I was told it would provide monthly service. Even though my previous pest control company had serviced my home just a few days earlier, I still paid the initial fee for the technician to treat selected areas rather than the entire house. This month, I was charged $99, yet no service was performed. When I called to ask why, I was told that my plan is not a monthly service plan. This was both unexpected and misleading. I am shocked that I’m being charged $99 without receiving any service. When I requested to cancel, I was informed there would be a $199 early termination fee. The company also stated they would not refund either the $99 charge or the termination fee. They did offer to switch me to a monthly plan at a lower rate, but by this point I had already lost trust in how they conduct business. I strongly advise others to stay away from this company. Otherwise, you may end up in the same situation—paying hundreds of dollars without receiving the service you were promised.

New review, and the bs continues from this company and no one seems to care, I’ve told them many times I can’t do first thing in the morning I’m at work and also my service appointment was scheduled for the 27th, well this morning a technician came when he wasn’t supposed to come for four more days and I wasn’t home so the dogs were in the yard and I got charged the 130 that I wasn’t expecting to pay for a few more days and he didn’t even send pictures and I know he didn’t do a good job because there was limited access on my property cuz of the dogs. I really want to talk to a higher up or the owner , these problems keep happening and they’re just getting worse. I had a termite treatment installation scheduled for tomorrow but all this bs makes me want to void everything and find a different company for my future needs.
