I purchased 2 flat screen TVs for my grandson who was struggling, and they were awesome. Anytime I had questions they answered them and would have come out and perform service at no cost if I needed it.

After submitting paperwork and paying $150 to reinstate after moving, we're being forced to jump through hoops to even obtain our equipment. Linda, who got the order set up, was absolutely incredible. One of the best people I've ever spoken to. Ottie, Oddie, Audi, or whatever her name is, is RUDE and EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL. Just AWFUL. Going on and on about how Linda didn't do her job because she approved my paperwork without ONE phone number. She then told me that we wouldn't get our equipment at all because I got loud with her on the phone after telling her MULTIPLE times that everything was already set up and that we were told there were no issues.

Yeah I was ten days late but made my payment online and they're still calling me five days later! There is clearly some miscommunication or disconnect with their payment management if they can't, or maybe they're lazy, check my payment history. I can see it perfectly fine when I log in to my account. They even came to my apartment and left a notice on my door to "discuss my account". We have nothing to discuss, my account is current. I've programmed their number to be automatically rejected. They are unprofessional and clearly don't value customer service. When I have made payments over the phone they offer to email me a receipt. Do they? Nope. I wasted my time spelling out my email address for nothing. These problems started when my account was transferred to this location but everyone for that company failed to notify me! The store I initially opened my account was on Thunderbird and 40th st but it was closed. Everyone there was professional and never harassed me with phone calls because they were smart and efficient and would check for a payment online. Stay away from this location.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
