  Tritton pool company is very respectful, timely and professional. I called them around 8:30am because my pool filter was leaking, the representative told me a technician will be here between 1:00 - 3:00pm. At 12:30 I got notified that Troy the technician was on his way. Troy arrived at 1:00pm sharp, he diagnosed the leaking problem and fixed it within 20 minutes. Troy is a very knowledgeable and experienced professional. I recommend this great company for all your pool needs.

  Thank you Scott. I had a great experience with you installing new lights on my pool. I appreciate your thoroughness and care you demonstrated with the work you did. GREAT RXOERIENCE. I do enjoy the new lights. Jordan also thank you for everything you did installing my new inteliflow panel, your care and patience with explaining everything to me is so refreshing and shows you have the utmost interest in helping your customers.   Ok, where to begin. I was looking for a pool service, and Triton Pools was advertising a $99 pool filter cleaning. My pool filters may or may not have needed to be cleaned, but that’s what caught my attention. They sent someone out very fast while I wasn’t home, and they told my daughter it would be $180 a month for everything. So I asked about the $99 filter cleaning — suddenly nobody wanted to talk about that. They said the tech would explain it when he got here and I signed a one‑year contract. Before signing, we discussed when the pool tech would come each week, and we agreed on Friday. So I signed the year contract. The pool guy came one Friday, and then out of nowhere he started showing up on Wednesday. When I called to ask what was going on, Triton Pools said they changed my service to Wednesday. I said, “Really? You told me Friday.” They said Wednesday was the only time available in my area — of course, only after I signed a year contract. Now for the 4th of July weekend. My pool guy comes over, does his five‑minute routine, and I get charged $180. I wasn’t home, and he didn’t say a word about the pool water being low. He just did his five minutes and left. When I got home, the water to the pool was off, the pool pump was still trying to run, and the pool looked terrible. I had to get the pool primed again and get everything running myself after turning the water back on and letting it refill. Do not sign a contract with these guys. I’m just waiting until my contract is over.

  I called the company on Sunday and talked to artificial intelligence, so I called back on Monday and talked to a live person to set up an appointment. I told them that I had a leak when the pool pump was running from the pump to the pool in the plumbing I had some of it dug up already just couldn’t verify exactly where the week was. They said they would send a lead mechanic out to take a look at it when he got here says we don’t do that kind of work but we can recommend somebody. I don’t know how I could’ve been more Clear when I made the appointment about where the leak was and told him I could send them pictures. What a waste of time.

  I recently became in need to search for a new pool and spa service provider to both maintain and work on some projects and began my search and selected triton. They have done a number of major projects on my pool,/spa such as having to drain/clean, converting salt, installing equipment, upgrading/installing pentair panel for equipment to function remotely etc. Leading the charge is Travis. He and the entire team at triton have been very responsive and promptly worked to get the projects done. Travis is very knowledgeable and professional who took the time to walk me through each project. As for the triton office they are exactly what you want. They quickly respond and schedule appointments, provide answers and simply put get the job done. Since day 1 of my contact with triton and their team I noticed their professional and friendly demeanor. I highly recomend them for both your pool maintenance and for major projects. Travis i can't thank you enough. Triton you have a loyal customer for years to come. Jose Luis
