  If there is no way to avoid the strain of renting a storage unit, then Thunderbird Mini Storage is an excellent choice. Prices are very reasonable - 1/3 to 1/2 of similar facilities I have used elsewhere - and it is on a wide, quiet street with easy access. Rentals include a lock, and the gate code system has always worked efficiently (it closes at 8 pm, just so you know). Finally, the manager is an angel. She keeps a bery pleasant front office and actually sends greetong cards to her customers.

  If you want to ever deal with the most incompetent staff you could ever imagine every single person you talk to has a different story a different way and it's 100% 180° different than the other person the training for the staff there is abysmal when you tell them that you want to be charged one time from multiple units they decide to charge you as many times as they wish and then when you tell them that you're Bank charges you a fee for extra transactions they don't care even though they can fix the problem they're absolutely Beyond rude and disrespectful they like to cut you off and not let you finish talking and when they screw up do not expect their refund of any kind this place is garbage
