This review concerns a major-appliance purchase made through Lowes.com and my experience with Lowe’s corporate customer support. It is not directed at any individual employee working at this location.
I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator marketed as “Garage Ready” and designed to operate in ambient temperatures up to 110°F. It failed after only 13 days. Frigidaire’s authorized technician measured my garage at 105°F—within the advertised operating range—while the refrigerator compartment was approximately 53°F.
Lowe’s refused to accept the return because it was outside its 48-hour major-appliance return window and told me that Frigidaire had to authorize it. After numerous calls, Frigidaire closed the case without repair, replacement or return authorization and advised me to dispute the purchase through my bank. Lowe’s has provided no meaningful resolution, leaving me with an unusable refrigerator and a credit-card dispute.
Customers buying major appliances need to understand what Lowe’s 48-hour return policy can mean in practice: a brand-new appliance can fail less than two weeks after delivery, and Lowe’s may still refuse to take responsibility for the return. Based on how Lowe’s handled this purchase, I will not buy another major appliance from this company.

I was asked if I needed help from Ryan with the Pro Desk , I showed him what I was looking for to help keep my cover on my pickup during windy weather. He explained that the clips I needed were only available on line.
Then he asked me if I had running boards on the truck? Yes I do I told him. He proceeded to sell clamps that ratchet.

What a great idea and it saved me money. Thanks again Ryan, it was a pleasure meeting you and also the girl that was at the register when we paid could not have been nicer if she tried. She and Ryan are natural great people.

Had a problem with a defective product just over 90 days. Craftsman sent us to the store for a return and Ryan the manager basically told us craftsman was wrong. They wouldn’t refund a clearly defective item and instead sent us on a goose chase around the valley to find a replacement. I was a little frustrated and instead of saying I understand and I’m sorry his response was “you don’t need to come at me all firey”. I wasn’t yelling, just frustrated!! How did he end up in management?? Not a good look for store or Lowe’s.
