Jeremy, the one from customer service/forklift operator with acne, was very rude and had a negative attitude. He made Damian from customer service load items without gloves, which I did not think was appropriate. I also did not like Jeremy’s tone or the way he spoke to me. His overall attitude made my experience uncomfortable.

I want to give a massive, and I mean massive shout out to, "Kay" the cashier handling the self check out area this evening.
I came in tonight to get some fender washers for a project I'm working on. Turns out when I got to the kiosk to check out that I was $.62 cents short of being able to make my purchase.
Well your absolutely fabulous cashier Kay came over to check on me and saw that I was short that $.62 cents. Kay didn't even hesitate and reached into her pocket. Then very politely handed me that exact $.62 cents that I needed in order to afford the fender washers I needed today.
Kay, I sincerely want to thank and also compliment you for your phenomenal customer service, as well as your incredible generosity this evening. You didn't have to do that for me what so ever, but you did. Truth be told that just made my day in so many ways. Its been a really rough day for me and you just made it 1,000,000x better. You also just taught me what true human kindness looks like.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
