Robert was absolutely amazing. Very nice guy. He worked quickly and the carpet looks good as new.
I have used Horizon carpet/tile for about 4 years now, and I always have Scott and he does a GREAT job. He knows my high traffic areas now and problem parts of the house. He is always on time and calls ahead with plenty of time for me to be there. He explains what he is going to treat and expected outcomes. I have older kids and cats and tons of traffic in the house - and somehow Scott is able to make all the carpet look new. Truly impressed with what he's able to do. He's super careful with my cats to not let them out of the house. I trust his input and appreciate how hard he works. Highly recommend!

Robert did an amazing job cleaning our tile and grout. He showed up right on time and was upfront about a few imperfections in the grout that couldn't be fully removed, which I really appreciated — no surprises, just honesty. The results were fantastic, and his pricing was very affordable. Highly recommend Robert if you need your tile and grout cleaned!

Robert did an excellent job cleaning the carpets as well as the tile and grout in our house. Everything came out looking noticeably cleaner and refreshed, and he took the time to make sure the job was done right. He was professional, thorough, and easy to work with from start to finish. The difference in the carpets and especially the tile and grout was impressive. We also discussed some damaged carpet at another house that may need to be patched, and Robert was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what could be done. I really appreciated his expertise and willingness to help with that as well. I would definitely recommend Robert to anyone looking for quality carpet, tile, grout, or carpet repair work and would gladly use him again.

Robert Connor was communicative and so respectful the whole appointment. I had to for a quick run bc of my schedule and came back within 15 mins and my carpet repair was complete and he did an absolutely wonderful job on it. I will definitely call them again and ask for Robert again. Thank you guys so much!
