Great store. Itâs so large! Youâll always find more than you think you came for. The fabric section has so many options.
The decor and craft and everything. Pretty sure I could get lost there for a week and be so very content.
Employees are very nice!

Oh my it's been awhile! I was so impressed by the explosion of the next few Holidays all at once. They were stocking but the store is so clean and well lit and smelled AMAZING! Now as a long time Hobby Lobby veteran, I must say that I was so impressed with your pricing. It was very, very good, some really great deals. I was so happy to find what I needed to paint, some nice canvas boards at a very good price. I even got a articulating selfie, magnification light for my studio! This will be great for making reels, stills of me working. Working on my studio, Art by Michele. I also found some very nice brushes on clearance and the mini ones I needed for my smaller paintings. I have been doing some magnets for the Hotwheels convention in LA this week. I even returned the next day to get some more stuff that I regretted not purchasing. đđ¨đźđâ ď¸đđđ

i came here some months ago to buy some house warming gifts for a friend. i purchased two chairs that were designed like different colors of pencils. they were on a deal for i think 12.99 for each chair or something like that and there was a sticker underneath that showed it was marked down from 19.99 for each chair. upon reaching the register after ringing everything up i noticed the total didnât seem right (i did the math before going to the register because i always wanna be prepared for how much to pay) i didnât say anything but i kept my receipt! i went home, double checked my math and i realized i was correct and i was overcharged for those chairs. looking back on my experience at the register, an older white woman, who wasnât very polite, rang me up. she kept looking at me very rudely while i was standing in line until i got to her register. as if i couldnât afford everything i was buying. she also took a minute to ring up the chairs and kept looking at me and her register. i spent $145 ish in there that day and i was actually supposed to spend $120 (i bought other items with these chairs btw). so both chairs shouldâve been no more than $25 pre tax and i paid $47 ish for those chairs after taxes etc. she knew she overcharged me about $25. i came back less than a week later to return the chairs and she was actually standing at the register behind the one i was being helped at in the âReturnsâ line. i explained to the new lady helping me that i believe i was overcharged for the chairs and she agreed and said i was. i told her the lady working behind her took me and i pointed her out as well. i let her know that she saw the price sticker underneath and overcharged me anyway and she kept avoiding looking at me lol. the new lady who helped me, was very nice and i got my money refunded to me immediately so no complaints to her! of course, im a half black woman. so i wasnât surprised that rude lady really thought she was going to get away with overcharging me. this just goes to show, some of us arenât stupid. we know how to do basic math (accounting student here!) and we know when a price isnât right! this is why i always keep my receipts. racism isnât cute either. i hope she no longer works there.

Dear Hobby Lobby Management,
I am writing to report an upsetting experience I had with cashier Eva R. at approximately 7:06 p.m.
I was already standing at Eva R.âs register waiting to pay, and her line was completely empty. Instead of helping me, Eva R. called over customers who were already standing in another cashierâs line and told them to come to her register. This made it clear that she wanted them to use her register instead of helping me, and I felt I was being pushed out of her line.
I told her, âDonât worry, I can go to another register.â The customers she called over became uncomfortable and told Eva R. that I had been there first and should be helped first. They ultimately went to another register.
I am Hispanic, and the way I was treated made me feel singled out and treated unfairly because of my ethnicity. The situation was humiliating and very upsetting.
I respectfully ask Hobby Lobby to investigate this incident and review any available surveillance footage from around 7:06 p.m. I would appreciate a response regarding how this matter will be addressed.
