Unfortunately, have to pay admin fee $29 again but will give credit if use current lock and return new lock in same condition. Recommend 4/5 Stars due to additional admin fee not because of location and staff

He asked thoughtful, relevant questions to truly understand what I was looking for and took the time to clearly explain important details. It was my first time speaking with him, yet it felt like I had known him for years. We even discovered we had something in common, which made the experience feel that much more genuine and personable. I also had the pleasure of meeting Linda in person. We immediately connected. She offered to show me around the facility, where to locate my storage unit and how to install an unfamiliar security lock. Her kindness, patience, positive energy and caring nature made the visit enjoyable. Prior to meeting both Dave and Linda, I received welcoming communication via text. This team created a safe, welcoming, stress-free experience that had me smiling and feeling good during and after both encounters. It’s rare to find this level of customer care these days, and I truly appreciate it. Thank you both! I look forward to connecting again in the near future. Highly recommend!!!!!
