  Polite and very respectful people. Very clean and reasonable charges for storage. Definitely will use again if the occasion arrives.

  Check in was fast and easy, unit was clean and ready to go. Rachel sides is the ultimate communicator and the best example of customer service!

  We have used this facility for our storage needs for years and until recently would have given 5 stars, however my complaint deals with the new owners Trunk Space and first thing they doubled my monthly rate. Totally excessive. However, the other 3 stars belong to Rachel current manager. She is deserving of kudos for her stellar, customer service, professionalism, and an asset representing the company.
