  Talk about SHINE. The tile looks brand new! The carpet, looks so fresh too! These guys have no complaints and just get it done. They have reasonable pricing. I do property maintenance and making sure something is affordable with high quality is a must! These guys hit all the marks. They are polite and you get exactly what you’re looking for. I will be using them from now on.

  I have been a long time customer and also referred my clients to you. Unfortunately this was not a good experience. this is what my grout looked like after having it cleaned. when I reached out and mentioned that it looked bad, I was told a deep cleaning would cost an extra $150. I do appreciate that you came back the same day and took care of it for the $150. I don't appreciate that I wasn't told that I needed a deep cleaning...it was simply left looking like this which was worse than before I had it cleaned (the grout only, the tile looked great). The tile was dirty and did clean up nicely but the fee I paid to have it cleaned didn't actually cover the entire process. I went to check on the job this morning and found my front door was left unlocked all night after they left yesterday. This was not a heavily lived in home and the grout had been cleaned before (though it has been a few years).

  The staff at Starr Cleaning are attentive and customer service oriented. Our original cleaning did not fully meet our expectations, however the owner Jake made sure to do his best to correct things for us. Thank you!

  Cleaned my rental bedroom and it was great, the gentlemen was informative, polite prompt. Would definitely recommend this company and the price competitive, and better than some.

  I would highly recommend this locally family owned an operated cleaning company. Their communication is top notch from start to finish. They even communicated with me after hours when I was asking questions. Jake was the technician that came out. Very professional and kind. He got the job done quicker than I anticipated and even clean the carpet in the closet without up charging me. The price I was quoted as the price that I paid.
