  Best hardware store in the area. Note that the minute key machine has slightly less selection, but for like everything else this place is perfect. Plus the stuff here is like way cheaper than everywhere else.

  I don't normally do reviews, however, today I was appalled that two men were standing together checking ID# for FROG TAPE. I wanted to ask what aisle I should go to for what I was looking for. I didn't interrupt them, I just stood patiently while they were comparing item # so they could restock the frog tape. I have never had anyone not notice someone standing 3 ft from them. I waited, they never acknowledged me. It was like they truly were trying to act busy. I finally just walked away. I was hoping I would run into them again, offer assistance, just so I could say NO Thankyou, I don't need Frog tape. These were not young adults as I might have understand their actions, but these were older grown up men. Employee or not you should always be aware of your surroundings. Very disappointed! On a good note, later on, two young ladies assisted me.

  Tried to buy a rug that was on sale clearly tagged but when it rang up the obviously challenged person they put in self checkout (no hate on that just stating a fact) couldn’t comprehend why the kiosk didn’t show the deal tired to explain to no resolve (buy one get one) even the other Lowe’s employee said well if that’s not the deal it’s fake advertising(clearly marked on Package) which it was the deal lol. I asked the gentleman to return then if he couldn’t honor it and left my cart where it was and he lol. Grabbed the cart and slammed it into another one while making sure he kept full eye contact. Recommend not shopping on Sunday while managers are off.

  I ordered a Craftsman drill (online) because it was on sale. My first order was canceled due to it being "out of stock". I reordered the following day, when the drill arrived it was broken. Here's where things started to go sideways. Lowe's had offered me $10 in store credit to pick it up in-store. I skipped that to avoid the hassle of going to the store. Irony is because the drill arrived broken this meant I ended up having to physically go into the store anyway, so it this point its 3 days later, I've orederd the same drill twice, and I'm down $10. Now that I am in the store in person this also means I will be loosing the online promotion of 2% cashback from my credit card (the app will not work for in person transactions). At the return counter, the first thing the associate decided to do was to ask ME was whether THEY had another drill in stock? Um.. I don't work there, how would I know that? She then let out a sigh (as if I was inconveniencing her) and looked the item up. She advised me there were more in stock and dismissively waved me across the store in a general direction to go find them. As I approached the section with the drills I found them locked in a cabinet. After tracking down ANOTHER associate, she scanned the tag and told me they were out of stock?? Clearly this is contradictory from what I had JUST been told. She was however "gracious" enough to offer me the display model. I declined. I then walked back across the store to the return counter, where I now had to wait as a line had formed. When I finally got help by a different associate I was fed up with this entire situation and felt it necessary to ask for a manager to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction. This new associate ALSO points halfway across the store at two people standing around, why she could not call a manager to the return counter to assist me is beyond me? So I walk BACK across the store AGAIN (5th time for those of you keeping count). The manager was apologetic but equally unhelpful. He also needed to track down an associate to unlock the cabnet, when he did he coincidentally found the SAME associate who told me the drills were out of stock just a few minutes prior only now, with a manager by my side, suddenly she was able to found one!!??? So, with this elusive drill in hand I set out cross the store (for the 6th time), I accept I am loosing the 2% cash back AND the $10 incentive and begrudgingly purchase the drill, after walking what felt like miles and "bothering" 5 associates I was not leaving without this drill. So.. I bring it home and... it is also broken!!! At this point I AM DONE WITH LOWES! I'm eating the $ I wasted, throwing the drill in the trash, and taking my business elsewhere. The combination of a canceled order, two broken products, dismissive staff, wild goose chases across the store, and a manager who couldn't get things done without me doing the legwork... no thank you Lowes... it's not worth any amount of savings to even potentially go thru this again. There are MANY of your competitors who will do better, especially by someone like me who values customer care and will be a loyal customer to any company which does right by me.
