It is really minus. Be very careful if you purchase a security screen here. I used their installer to install a $300 screen. They charged $600 to install and left a piece of unpainted boarf to prop up the screen. I have talked with two managers, numerous reps, one person came to check and report the problem. Nothing happened. I had to follow up and asked for escalation or 250 reimbursement so I could hire someone to paint. Im a 70 yr old woman who just survived cancer and no one there cared. Today they offered me 100, which I refused because I wanted them to talk with me about how they will finish the job. I guesd the installation manager was too cowardly to even try. On top of all this, they make you apply and use their high interest credit card for the installation. Corporate crooks. They do not care about their customers. I’m taking this further. Done with them forever!!!

Customer service is awful!! lady working the counter for returns was more interested in petting a dog and chatting away with customers about non relevant issues than attending to those in line waiting for service, then after long enough the guest she was gossiping with had mentioned she had customers she nonchalanty waves her hand and says " oh its fine " as if to say she could care less about doing her job . Worthless employee should be fired. This Lowe's is horrible just go to home depot

I was wanting to buy and install a basic watersoftner. I visited Lowes, looked at the various options, and then gave information for someone to come out and provide an installation quote. When talking to the install company to schedule a visit, they said they won't install the unit unless they can obtain a water sample and complete a test. Basically they wanted to upsell me instead of completing a simple install. Lowes confirmed that they just sell the unit and do not get involved in installation. Unfortunate, but I am glad I found out before I moved forward with my planned full house window install and water heater install. Guess I will have to go to others to get a simple install
