I had her bill in my hand and they would not take my money. I went to my car and called the number on the bill gave them her phone number and was done paying in 5 minutes. I was gonna go buy a few things but decided to spend my money at Home Depot instead. Once this balance is paid of im hoping wife cancels card. Rude and inconsiderate workers at service desk that are not there to help you but confront and talk down to customers. This is the Second time with issues at that service counter. TOTALLY UNIMPRESSED, I worked in customer service industry for over 40 years and would never have spoken to any customer like that...

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
