Lowe's is hands down the best hardware store out there.
After Home depot kicked me out for not having a shirt on amongst several other issues I took my half a million dollars worth of business a year too lowes.
They welcomed me with open arms.
Their prices are better, you can always find a staff member to help. Never once have I had an issue with lowe's!!!
Home depot will never see my business again!!!

Today I talked to Steven, he is a new hire and was the sweetest and extremely focused in his job. I was shopping around for about an hour and he was bouncing from job to job getting it done and speed walking to everywhere he had to go! Eventually I came around and asked him for help and he had a great attitude and dropped what he was doing to help me. He had a great attitude, was kind, and very polite!

“I’m very disappointed with my experience at Lowe’s today. I went in to replace a broken expandable hose still under warranty. The manager assured me that, since I paid with my Visa debit card, he could look it up and process the exchange. After I returned with the hose, the manager handed off the transaction to another employee. She asked me for a receipt, and I explained the manager’s instructions about using my card info. Unfortunately, she couldn’t find anything in the system tied to my card. After waiting for over 15 minutes, I ended up having to pay for the replacement out of pocket. When I asked if I could add my contact info for the receipt, she closed out the transaction quickly and just gave me the receipt, saying she couldn’t add my info. This was a frustrating and inefficient process, and I expected much better service from Lowe’s.”

Spoke with Mgt Team at checkout. Needed a repair at home. Woman employee said they have lists of quality tradesman and would we like to set up an appointment to have someone come out. There is no charge it’s free. Guy calls and before discussing my needs he demands estimate fee of $ 49.00. Recently I called to see if they cut glass. Spoke with man who said his name was Matt. Come on in we cut glass. Just ask for Matt. So I am handicapped from a car accident I get a ride there and wait for 20-30 minutes waiting for this Matt. They don’t supposedly don’t have anyone named Matt. Another employee told me they knew who took the call and gave me a fake name since they were leaving.

Lowe's has the absolute worst customer service online, from Representatives who barely speak English properlyand are Hard to understand or belligerent and non-cooperative while trying to convince their customers to go through warranty instead of conducting return of items purchased that day. Failing to give the proper information correct situation. After conducting this business I will no longer use the services and or ever shop at Lowe's ever again, it is by far the most unprofessional and worst shopping facilities. And top everything off the item they delivered had been opened and parts missing indicating that they had checked it before they sent it and they still delivered it. I certainly hope that Lowe's continues their downward, spiral and goes out of business soon
