  Our experience at the Mesa La-Z-Boy store was outstanding, thanks to Traci and Lisa. From the moment we walked in, Traci made us feel welcome. She took the time to learn what we liked, listened carefully to our needs, and helped us select living room furniture that truly fits both our lifestyle and our home. Her interior design knowledge was invaluable as she guided us in choosing pieces, colors, fabrics, and sizes that coordinate beautifully with our home’s décor. What impressed us even more was her patience and professionalism. After placing our order, we returned the very next day because we had changed our minds. Traci couldn’t have been more gracious. She never made us feel like we were inconveniencing her and spent as much time as we needed to ensure we were completely happy with our final selections. That level of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated. We also had the pleasure of working with Lisa, another design specialist, who used the store’s design software to create a room layout with the correct scale and perspective.   I never purchased anything from Lazy Boy before. It was a great experience. Thorough education and options to customize everything from pieces to Fabrics. Laurie was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through the process

  Impromptu walkin to browse for small coffee table on wheels. Sales staff was attentive and very helpful. Great selection of quality furniture. Would recoomend a visit!
