When I was ready to cancel I saw there was a 10 day notice policy but I called on the day my payment was due and they were still kind enough to reimburse the last payment since my unit had already been completely cleared out. I really appreciated their customer service!

He made a stressful moving situation manageable by getting me in a unit at a great price that fit my families needs. On site he was extremely helpful and accommodating. We’ll be downsizing to a smaller unit soon and he already broke the details down to me on my last trip to ESS. I especially recommend this location and the company as a whole! Todd is an amazing host and always makes himself available for our needs. He is friendly and goes above and beyond for the customers here. As for the company as a whole, I love that I have the option for 24/7 access, that has been very hard to find at other storage places. My wife and I run a theater company so we routinely need storage access late at night after wrapping up shows and this place is perfect! Thank you Extra Space and thank you Todd!
