I have been using Extra Space Storage for the past 3 years now. I had a storage space in Florida about 3 years ago until I moved back to Arizona, I opted to rent with ESS again. I had been dealing with the Store Manager, Tyler Schwenk for the past couple years and I have had nothing but wonderful things to say about the way he runs his facilities. The unit I had rented off of Crismon in Mesa was always neat, clean, easily accessible and there always seemed to be someone available during operation hours for any assistance. Tyler goes far above in customer service and understands the needs of each person renting units. When I needed to rent a storage space recently, much to my dismay, I had discovered that he no longer worked at the Crismon site. I was finally given his new location off of Southern and am now renting againat his new location. Thank you Extra Storage Space for hiring friendly, knowledgeable, competent employees! It is greatly appreciated!
