They charged me for cleaning my unit and when I opened it up it was not swept out at all. And the digital access is not the best. You have to be right up on the gate for the access button to even pop up.

Hello there. I spoke with Jessica at the 1356 Baseline road site this morning. I was TOTALLY stressed out about a few things. Not only did she answer all of my questions, she also worked on some things I hadn't even thought of or knew that I needed. When she wasn't sure about 1 thing , she didn't guess, she called for assistance and then called me back promptly with very GOOD news! That particular answer REALLY put out the fire. She's very sweet, patient, professional and most importantly , understood my need and took care of me. Thank you again Jessica. I really really appreciated your help.
