Just rented a storage from Extra Space in Mesa Arizona. Worked with Dave, he was extremely helpful, since I was doing it long distance I was expecting some hiccups.
But all went very well, pretty seamless, and the app is user friendly as well.

I initially chose Extra Space Storage because they offered incredible introductory rates and assured me that price increases would be minimal. Now, just three months in, the rent has nearly doubled. (Times 2 because we have 2 sheds) It’s really unfortunate and disappointing because we rely on these sheds, but it feels like we’re being taken advantage of. When I called to complain, there was no answer and no call back. I finally got ahold of “customer service” and they offered $20 off which does nothing to offset this massive price hike.

Convenient location. Great Customer Service. Very well maintained property. The hallways are spacious/wide. Outdoor drive-up and/or climate control units to choose from. Gate access hours are convenient. Security features provide added peace of mind. They even offer a variety of moving supplies— packing boxes, packing tape, Sharpie pens, etc. Everything you may need to safely store your belongings. Highly recommend!Thank you, Dave!
