  Working with Blue Wave Pools has been nothing short of an amazing experience from the very first consultation to pool fill day. Doug, our salesperson, was fantastic to work with. He came to our home with a clear pricing sheet, which immediately stood out to us because other pool companies were not nearly as transparent with their pricing. He provided a detailed mock-up of our pool design and never pressured us to make a decision. We went back and forth on the design several times, and he never made us feel like a burden. Anytime we wanted adjustments, he responded promptly and made the process easy and stress-free. Once construction began, we worked with Michelle and Jason, who managed the build process. They were both incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the project. Michelle was especially easy to communicate with when it came to scheduling contractors and keeping us informed every step of the way. The longest part of the process was waiting for permits, which was completely understandable and outside of their control. We cannot recommend Blue Wave Pools enough! We spent countless hours researching pool companies and found Blue Wave to be one of the most affordable, transparent, and customer-focused options available. The quality of their work and their commitment to customer service exceeded our expectations. Our only regret is not getting a pool sooner! If you’re considering a pool, do yourself a favor and check out Blue Wave Pools. We are beyond happy with our experience and absolutely love our new pool.

  Blue Wave were excellent to work during our pool and hard scape project. All phases of the project, from design to execution to post project followup were handled quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them very highly.
