  This place is despicable. I would not recommend getting a unit here. They continue to take payments out after cancelation and do not protect their customers storage units. These people have no accountability.

  There are so many things I could say about this place, and nothing is good. I moved out in October. My son in law left the lock on the door and lost the key. So in Dec. I realized they were still charging me so I called them and let them know that I had been put on hospice and didn't realize he left the lock on it. So I told them to cut the lock off . They said no problem., but we will have to charge me 30 dollars. No big deal. Im dying. So I dont get my bank statements. They go to my p.o.box and I've been very ill. So today I had to go to the bank and had them print statements for me and I can't believe they are still charging me. It shows that they continued to charge me for three months. Then put a lean on the storage before they stopped charging me. Then didn't charge me for four months and now they are charging me again monthly and instead of roughly $60 plus over125 for the lean now they are charging me 102.29. Now the only reason I got a storage there again after having two there for 15yrs is because once again they had billed me for months at a 173 a month And I didn't catch it and they owed me so much money and refused to refund the money cause thats there policy. So they gave me that storage at a discount for a couple months and couldnt give me a discount for what they owed me because she forgot to put my notice in and she would get fired. But she would do what she could skipping a month or so if possible but she wasn't aloud to handle the money anymore. A few months later she was fired. Over half my storage went strait to the dump after 15 years because water had poured in from that back wall and roof and that rats had destroyed my thing. When a new lady started working there I let her know someone had damaged my lock and stole a ton of my stuff and replaced it all with boxes of plates that weren't mine.she said they would start going through the footage since it happened in a three week period and a police report would be made and footage turned over. Then I find out they weren't recording my storage and there was nothing I could do since the lock wasn't fully cut off I couldn't prove it. There have been so many scandals at this storage from the manager letting homeless people live in the empty storages. One manager getting caught by her husband have sex in a unit and money embezzlement. Everyone should go back and check there statements. Im sure you will find you were over charged many times over. Now I was using my dad's card the whole time 15 yrs. And was over charge thousands. The bank asked if my dad ever signed some paper allowing me to use it and I said no they didn't. They just copied his card and charged it every month even on the months i payed cash and i dont throw anything away so i have all those reciepts. My bank will be checking all cash receipts to see if every time was double charged. Now before any one asked why my dad payed my storage for 15 yrs, ĥe had no idea What they were doing to me . He is my payee So this was my money. But he didnt sign the paper and i didn't know better. This may be criminal and I will be going to the court house after I get the info from my bank on there finding.they won't let me do another review. But mind you.i moved out in October. I was put on hospice, they said I wouldn't live to Halloween.So apparently, this storage facility was just gonna continue to charge my dad.As long as they wanted , so here's a picture of what they sent me in the mail july twenty seventh

  Jerry was awesome with the process for renting an U-haul making sure we had everything we needed and answered all our questions. Jerry was Approachable , courtesy and knowledgeable. Teresa was a sweetheart making sure the rental was all cleaned out and ready for us. We’ve used this location for quite a few moves and will keep coming back. Best customer service in East Valley.

  I didn't have a very good experience at all and number one they keep taking my review down. I was running late moving from Phoenix and had to get a storage unit rented right away and I couldn't get it rented on the app for nothing so I had to go into the office and I meant Layla and she was dishonest about the size of the storage unit the fact that it had two locks on it I would totally surprised and then she said told me not to hang out in my storage unit and I felt as though she was somehow trying to stereotype me but the worst part about it was just being so surprised because some of these small units have two doors on my large door to open. Her tone is inappropriate manages with threats and vindictiveness.
