  I went in for a water test, and it took a good three to four minutes before I seen anyone. if I had known better I would think no one would have been working at this store. He recommended to drain my parents plaster pool. I knew better because I have had other water tests there I knew better then to drain my PLASTER pool in this HEAT. When I brought this to attention of what had previously been said as far as not to drain a PLASTER pool in this kind of weather by another employee that also works there he said it was fine in which case is absolutely not per my pool guy and and a previous Leslie’s employee. He was completely dismissive and uninterested. This incident happened last Wednesday August 5th. The reason I was told to drain my parents pool is because my TDS was 2,900. I believe his name was Conner. After this incident I took another water sample into a different Leslie’s down the road and the employee there was much more helpful and reiterated TO NOT DRAIN MY PLASTER POOL. Definitely beware of this kid that works at this location. I will definitely not be returning if this is the kind of employees they hire at this store. That don’t care about customer service, Don’t care about giving bad advice that could cause serious damage to your pool. Go to a different Leslie’s.

  Conner really helped me out today. Recommend just bringing a test sample of your water and ask for Connor. I’ve been going here for years, but he has really been the first person to really walk me through everything. But to be fair, he’s probably the first person of approached like I need help. Can you walk me through it? He was awesome thanks bud. Happy fourth. Conner

  Worst experience, will never purchase anything from this brand ever. Horrible corporate lied to me twice, eventually canceled my $1k order after they lied again saying they would contact the store and resolve their issue. Then told it will be 3-5 days when order said ready and picked up. This is why people hate having a pool. 3 weeks into owning a pool and Leslie’s pool is useless.
