The app was really easy to navigate. Do is clean/no bugs and the odd smells. Access to get inside. The building was really easy and they have caddies to transport your items to and from unit to vehicle as well as up close parking spots.

Have loved my experience with extra space storage. The move in process was smooth and even when issues arose over time the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well
taken care of. Angel and Jillian have excellent customer service and are truly there whenever you need them. I highly recommend for all of your storage needs.

Angel the manager assisted us with the quickest rental process. She was very knowledgeable on rates, and quick to find the best available unit for our family. We are moving out quickly and she made this stressful process for us so much easier by finding us a unit within 20 minutes or viewing potential units and helping us find the right one. The technology of being able to unlock access via mobile app makes it super helpful to access our unit. Highly recommend Extra Space and make sure to ask for Angel!
