I consulted with the owner (Bob) about a new heater for the pool and he was spot-on for the purchase, installation and the function of the new system. I am very confident that when I travel that my pool is taken care of by G.V. Pool. The only down side with my experience with this company was the BILLING department. I have been told that "billing" delays has been corrected. I was told that by the same lady that was the billing department. My fingers are crossed on that.

The young man who cleans your pool is fine, but the billing for chemicals that one cannot verify ever showed up at your pool site, just keep on coming months after they say the chemicals were delivered. I would never recommend this company to anyone unless you wish to waste your funds.
